Went here today , awesome service they greeted me and my sister at the door really nice lady’s and explained everything perfectly!

I visited the shop around Columbus Day with a very irritated nose piercing and a noticeable piercing bump. The irritation was my fault, caused by attempting to change the jewelry myself and incorrectly inserting the new piece. I guess the main piercer was unavailable and I was assisted by an apprentice. I could tell she was nervous. She said that she wasn’t sure if she could help me after looking at my nose and noticing I was in considerable pain, but she handled the situation professionally. She managed to re-open the piercing and successfully install the correct jewelry. Within a few days , the pain was gone and the bump was down. Thank you so much, girl! I feel bad that I forgot her name.
